CatStar® contains Taurine which is an important amino acids to cats than to other varieties of mammals, including dogs. This is simply because felines are incapable of creating their own taurine through pre-existing amino acids within themselves, notes the ASPCA. The only way a cat can get taurine is by eating animal products, Taurine deficiencies can lead to a lot of problems in felines which is why it is such an integral part of proper kitty nutrition. CatStar® contains Taurine which is an essential amino acid for cats for normal vision, normal digestion, normal heart muscle function, to maintain normal pregnancy and fetal development, and to maintain a healthy immune system.
